Dependants

If you have dependants, their information may be recorded on this window. Dependant information is of assistance when functions that involve family members are being planned.

Field Information

ClosedDependant Type*

This refers to the relationship the employee has with the dependant (e.g. mother, father, child, etc).

ClosedSurname, First Name and Gender

Enter the dependant's Surname, First Name and Gender.

ClosedDate of Birth

Enter the dependant's date of birth.
